WJ Groundwater has been named as a finalist in the category Specialist Contractor of the Year (turnover up to £100m) at the 20th Construction News Awards (2016).
Before the awards, all finalists will attend face-to-face judging by members of the 61-strong jury, made up of the most influential clients and experts in the UK.
This year the judging line-up includes tens of the country’s top clients, including:

* Munish Datta, head of plan A and FM, Marks and Spencer
* Louise Ellison, head of sustainability, Hammerson
* Simon Kirby, chief executive, HS2

The event has over 20 award categories with two new ones for 2016: Diversity Champion of the Year and Housebuilder of the Year.
